Bryan, I was very pleased with your services to the point of recommending Superior Home Inspection to several
friends who were shopping for houses. I know of at least two people that took my recommendation and used Superior
for their home inspections. They were both very pleased as well. The first thing that impressed me about Superior
Home Inspection was that Bryan asked that I be at the house during the inspection so that he could show me any
problems that he found. This proved very valuable to me because problems were found with some of the plumbing
and the roof of my house. Having been at the house during the inspection I was able to show roofers and plumbers
the areas of concern. Also, I was a little surprised and definitely pleased with how thorough Bryan was. The house that
I had inspected and eventually bought was 56 years old at the time. Because of the age Bryan and I spent roughly
three hours inspecting the house. I didn't expect an inspection to take that long, but when he had finished there was
no doubt in my mind that any problems with the house had been identified. I was also, impressed with Bryan
personally. He was very pleasant and quick to accommodate my schedule as well as any questions that I had.
